RESPOSIBILITIES
- Design and develop new in-game events and experiences to boost player engagement.
- Manage a small events team.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including artists, programmers, and producers.
- Manage a backlog of events, revive and optimize existing content.
- Use data to help inform new and resurfacing decisions on what experiences to make.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience in the gaming industry with a proven track record in game design. Especially within LiveOps area.
- 1+ years of leadership experience.
- Some experience in scripting or coding using Unreal Engine's Blueprints, Lua, or experience with other custom scripting languages. Doesn't have to be full-blown programming, but you have to be able to work with it.
